CAC has become the premier property management company in the property management field.  It was founded by Allen and Paula Shaw over 40 years ago.  We owe our success in the condominium management field to both our incredibly organized systems and to what we like to call, our outstanding CAC premier property management personnel.  CAC prides itself on keeping employees for the long term. We do this by good training, correct (not overburdened) work loads, a company policy of really caring about the clients, and a congenial attitude around the office. Meet our Executive Team

President: Barbara Freeman

Barbara FreemanBarbara has worked at CAC full time since 1980 (part time before that while teaching). Barbara is President and is responsible to oversee the daily operation of the company. She manages the accounting department, is available to Board members at all times, and is the chief problem solver. Barbara is involved in the operation of each and every association CAC manages.

Vice-President: Jeff Freeman

Jeff’s grandfather Allen Shaw started CAC in 1972. Jeff has grown up in the industry and wears many hats at CAC. With his advanced knowledge of mechanical components and engineering, there isn’t anything that an HOA can throw at him that he wont know. If you happen to be a car enthusiast, ask him about his time working and building race cars for Ferrari.

Lauri Moffett: Property Manager – Lauri has been with CAC since 2007 – her Boards are quite happy with her ability to handle anything that comes her way.

Nicole Glenn: Property Manager – Nicole is a certified Property Manager with 14 years of experience. She has advanced degrees in Communications and Psychology which have enabled her to advance her management skills. She is highly dedicated to her career and a wonderful manager.

Jeanee Miranda: Property Manager – Jeanee came on board from being the on site manager for Marina Gateway HOA (135 Units). Jeanee has advanced degrees in Psychology and a background in HR along with accounting and project management. Jeanee is also a loving mother and is a great all around Property Manager.
